Days to Race361

Shirley passed away in November of 2023 at the age of 95. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in her early 60s, and faced that challenge with grace and calm. Sadly, she lost a daughter to breast cancer several years later. Since 1993, she joined many members of her family volunteering for and participating in the Alaska Run for Women. She is survived by 5 adult children, 20 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was the most loving and caring friend and mother who always had a smile, a sense of humor, and an ability to see the best in everybody.

We will all miss you and love you forever,
